Website Proposal

Eight divisions, one address that actually works

Tru Africa has delivered nearly N$46 million in water infrastructure, 73 housing units at Ekuku, a fence around Etosha and a streetlight pilot for NORED. The web address printed on the cover of your 2025 company profile does not load. This proposal fixes that, then gives you the option to turn the site into something that books the guesthouse, sells the sauce and carries your tender documents.

The opportunity

What Tru Africa has built, and the gap

A serious multi sector group with a real delivery record, and almost no way for anyone to verify it without being emailed a 21 page PDF.

Eight divisions, one company
Construction, aquaculture and fisheries, agriculture, renewable energy, water infrastructure, brick manufacturing, tourism, trade and advisory. Namibian owned since 2018.
A record that stands up
Nearly N$46 million in water projects, 73 bank approved housing units at Ekuku, the Etosha elephant proof fence, the NORED LED streetlight pilot in Ongwediva.
Customers ready to buy today
A guesthouse in Ongwediva at N$350 a night, a campsite on the Kunene at Ruacana, Chilli Queen sauces, solar geysers from N$9,500, bricks from Etilyasa and Oshakati.
The address on your cover is empty
truafricanamibia.com does not resolve. Anyone who reads the profile, types it in and finds nothing has just learned something about Tru Africa that is not true.

What you are buying

What a working website changes for Tru Africa

Not decoration. The thing that answers when someone checks whether you are real.

The link on your profile leads somewhere
Every proposal you email, every tender you submit and every business card carries that address. A procurement officer, a bank or a partner will type it in before they call you. Right now that check fails. That is the cheapest problem on this page to fix and the most expensive one to leave.
Found by people who are not already in your phone
Contractors, town councils and buyers search for suppliers before they ask around. Search for a Namibian brick supplier, a water reticulation contractor or a Ruacana campsite today and Tru Africa does not appear. Your competitors do.
The guesthouse and the campsite fill themselves
Raycana and Ruacana Eha Lodge both have sites and sit on the booking platforms travellers actually use. Two en suite rooms at N$350 a night and a riverside campsite are being chosen by nobody who cannot find them.
One place that answers for eight divisions
An investor wants the aquaculture story, a town council wants the water record, a traveller wants the campsite and a shopper wants Chilli Queen. Today they all get the same PDF. A site sends each of them to the page they came for.
The payback maths
The website itself costs less than one 200 litre geyser. Seven extra guesthouse nights, or one bottle order from a new stockist, or a single tender where your credentials checked out, and it has paid for itself. Everything after that is work that was never going to reach you.
How this proposal works
Part 1 is the website itself, choose one of three. Part 2 is one off tools you can stack on top, grouped by what they do for you. Part 3 is optional monthly services. Tap any card, toggle or stepper and the total at the bottom updates. When you are happy, tap Save as PDF and sign the last page. On a phone, use your browser's Share or Print menu to save the PDF.
Part 1

The website Choose one

All three are a real website: your story, your divisions, your record, your contact details, built for phones, found on Google, fast and secure. The difference is how many pages you get and how much the site can do on its own.

Pre-Commencement Audit Not requiredN$1,000 once off
A 90 minute session at the Fontein offices before any build above the Profile Website: digital survey, desk study and a written report with recommendations. It is what stops us guessing at eight divisions.
Hosting & SSL Year 1 includedN$500/yr from year 2
The first year is included in every build above. From year 2 it is N$500 per year.
Domain Setup included~N$500/yr, your account
We register or re-point the address and configure it properly. Note that truafricanamibia.com currently does not resolve, so it either needs renewing or replacing. The annual domain fee stays in your name and on your account, as it should.
Part 2

Growth tools Toggle any

One off builds that stack on any of the three websites. Take what earns its keep now, the rest can always come later.
